I’m Samara
Hi, I'm Samara and I write books about women in improbable circumstances falling in love. Before I started writing books, I was working in public radio, podcasting, and digital journalism. I am a proud News and Documentary Emmy loser. If you peek into my work history, you'll find a lot of stuff about sex, reproductive health, and queer people. I was born and spent most of my life in New York City. Now, I live just outside of New York City. I have a wife and a dog, both of whom I love very dearly.
